Outline of a sociology of intimate troubles: The “passages” of a single self between Evangelicalism and crime

This article is a study on life trajectories and changes of the self one single person, following transformation processes that occurred in Rio de Janeiro’s favelas during last two decades focusing relationship between Evangelicals drug traffickers. Based an ethnography almost years Cidade Deus favela, trajectory individual, former dealer crack addict who switched church traffic throughout fieldwork process, presented what can be called sociology intimate troubles or self-inquiry, is, methodology aims to capture actors through their problems.
